▶ Free exchange criteria - The case of when you received wrong product because of "DOLLI POP"'S fault.
* Doll with a wrong arm or leg part
* Doll with a different type from your order
* Doll with an incomplete or unfinished parts
* Doll with manufacture damage parts
* The spots caused by agglomerate with hardener.
* The dust or speck which is in the spot of noticed.
(ex, Randomly custome, damage on your responsibility etc)
- To place an exchange request, please inform us within the 7 business days after the arrival of your doll.
- Within the 3 business days of "DOLLI POP", Your requests should check whether service is free or not .
- Exchange fees will apply to any exchange request placed after the 7 business days since the arrival of your doll.
- You can't service for free in those case.
(ex, Randomly custome, damage on your responsbility etc)
▶ Exchange at a cost criteriat. - All of case without conditions of free exchange.
- If you want to exchange at a cost, please send a part which need a service with certificate.
If we can't find your record or certificate, your service is impossible.
And notify to you that we have no responsibility to your after service of your product.
- The system of exchange at a cost is one-to-one, so you can't receive part which sent to us.
- If you damaged part or lose it, we can't provide exchange service.
In this case you should buy a new part.
- It could be difference to skin color between time of production caused by resin.
- If we can't check a payment after 5 business days since we inform, we should dispose of your part.
The price is different to each part.
