If you want to refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 days from the day you received the doll.

Can't return about pre-production and case of lose product value.

 


When you want to refund or exchange the doll case of damage or other problem "DOLLI POP" will pay all about the delivery fee.

Not in case, you should pay delivery fee. (ex : simple mind changed.)
