* The case of the product damaged on your responsibility.
* The case of the product lost its value on your responsibility.

* Pre-product and Booked product will be on production once the payment has been confirmed.

   Therefore, it is not possible to cancel, refund and exchange after the payment.

* The case of the problem with damages of process.

   (+ If you don't understand about damages of process, Please read a 1 section.)
